Public Policy,
Rutgers
University./Dr. Amirahmadi is a professor of Planning
and Public Policy, and director of the Center for Middle Eastern Studies,
and founder and president of the American Iranian Council, a policy think
tank devoted to improving understanding between the peoples and governments
of
Iran and the
United States.
Ambassador Charles Dunbar, Speaker,
Boston
University,
Department of International Relations.
Charles Dunbar teaches U.S. Foreign
Policy, Middle Eastern political economy, Muslim and Western world Relations,
and the United Nations peacekeeping. Before coming to
Boston, he spent 33 years as an American and United Nations diplomat
and worked in the Middle East for 21 years, including four in
Iran.
Jane Fair Bestor, Moderator, Social anthropologist
and historian (Ph.D. University of Chicago, 1992) with
fieldwork experience in Iran.
